NetSuite Employees Get Moving for Charity
Last week, we kicked off our first-ever company-wide global wellness charity challenge! For the challenge, NetSuite employees from around the world had the opportunity to receive a Jawbone fitness tracking device and select one of the following four NetSuite.org charity partners to walk on behalf of -- Gawad Kalinga, Stop Hunger Now, Girls on the Run, and Guide Dogs for the Blind [insert links to charities].
Over the next two weeks, employees will be walking (or running) to support their charity. The ultimate winner will be the team with the highest average miles/km in the end. That team will earn a generous donation to their Team Charity.
This program comes on the heels of the 2015 SuiteFit 4Good challenge where attendees at SuiteWorld, NetSuite’s annual customer conference, walked more than 16,000 miles to benefit charities Water for People and MANA Nutrition.
The Charity Challenge brings together over a thousand NetSuite employees from 10+ countries for two good causes – their own personal wellness and the opportunity to support one of four amazing organizations. The winning organization will be announced on September 7!
